By giving an order, the orderer recognizes the following conditions.
Following terms of payment and supply are valid to all supplies and services if no other agreements were specified in written form. Anti-confirmation of the orderer with reference to his business conditions is contradicted hereby!

With the current catalog and the associated price list all catalogs and lists appeared so far lose their validity.
Orders are received verbally or in writing. A written confirmation of order takes place only on special desire.

All offers are not-binding. Technical changes, price adjustments, mistakes and intermediate sale reserved! The dispatch occurs in general by cash on delivery debited to the receiver.

The dispatch of antennas takes place unfreely! The supplied goods remain up to the complete payment our property.
All offers are without obligation regarding price, delivery opportunities and times for delivery. The prices in Euro (€) contain the valid VAT rate. Postage and dispatch are charged separately.
Quantity discounts on request.

Special productions, which are ordered and supplied on express customer's request, are excluded from exchange. Single modules are excluded from exchange, too.

We grant a warranty of 6 months on the function of the devices supplied by us. With inappropriate handling, use or foreign interference the warranty claim expires. With entitled notices of defect we have the right to eliminate either the lack, to carry in appropriate period replacement out free of charge or to take the goods back under credit note of the invoice amount. Further claims from warranty for defects or for damages by use of our articles are impossible.

Visits are possible only after previous telephone date arrangement!
